Refund Policy 

We do our best to deliver the best parts possible. All parts are custom made to your specifications and therefore are non returnable or refundable unless approved in writing by Ready Set Cut. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact our team at support@readysetcut.ca as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement parts, you must notify Ready Set Cut of any shipping damage, incorrect material supplied or quality issues within 15 days of delivery. A valid order number, receipt or proof of purchase will be required. We will work with you to determine a solution to provide you replacement parts or a refund. We may request photographs of any damage, imperfections or additional documentation to support your refund request. 

Examples of non acceptable returnable/refundable include but are not limited to:

  • Incorrect material ordered 
  • Incorrect file or error in file
  • Misuse or abuse 
  • Damage after delivery
  • Ordered incorrect amount 
  • Minor surface imperfections 
  • Minor surface oxidation
  • Did not need the parts 
  • Delivered after expected delivery date

Refunds/Returns/Exchange (If Applicable)  

Once we receive a request for a refund, our team will respond within 2 business days with a response to your claim. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
