When will my order ship?
For in stock materials, we typically ship parts within 3 days of receiving your files. Please be sure your files meet the laser cutting guidelines to avoid any delays.
If there are any issues with you files we will email you as soon as the order is processed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are usually cutting the day after we receive them.
Factors that affect order processing times
- For non stock materials please allow 2-3 additional days.
- For large orders over 100 pieces please allow an additional 1-3 days.
- Files that require adjustments or files that do not meet our file requirements will need an additional 1-2 days
- For bending please allow an additional 1-2 days

Will my order qualify for $19.99 flat rate parcel shipping?
To qualify for flat rate parcel shipping in Canada the shipment must not exceed 50lbs (23kgs) and current carrier standard parcel size limitations.
